deep:black is run by  Kweku Aacht, Petra Hilgers and Katharine Yates. We work with a pool of associate artists and trainers and a core group of volunteers.

The quality of deep:black's work is maintained by ensuring that all projects are delivered by members of the team who have the skills, expertise and experience necessary for the particular piece of  work.

We are supported by an advisory group who meets once a year.
