deep:black uses creative approaches to facilitate courses for adults in conflict resolution, communication skills, working with diversity and team building. Courses range from half a day to a 5 day instensive training programme depending on the clients' needs.
We use a variety of artistic tools including role play, games, instant art, discussion and storytelling to create and enable connection between participants. Over the course of the programme participants are taken on a journey from an identified problem to a shared vision to practical steps of how to turn the vision into reality.
